Great book!! Gave me a new way of looking at my spiritual walk. I know it is controversial about whether or not Rick Joyner should make some of the clams he dose in the book, but he says in the beginning that this is just a vision God gave him and to not consider it more accurate or important than the Bible. We can learn something from anyone, just make sure it lines up with what God says in His word. Ask the Holy Spirit to give you discernment when you read this book or anything else. Take what points you to Jesus and leave what does not. That's what I do and I got a lot out of this book.

This book has a similar aspect as the Bible. It is not fully understood in one reading. The SPIRITUAL truths contained within need to be studied. When the many SPIRITUAL truths are digested, it brings a deep, profound enlightenment of the nature of GOD. With a new found knowledge of the SPIRITUAL NATURE of GOD, the reader will be able to draw closer to GOD through obedience to the Word of GOD & become a viable doer of the Word. While salvation is free, the eternal heavenly rewards are earned by the reader by what is done to glorify GOD after the reader is born again into the family of GOD. The eternal position of the reader in heaven is determined by what the reader does in the flesh in glorifying God after salvation & before the first death. The reader's creation by GOD can be summed up in three words, "TO GLORIFY GOD" as found in Isaiah 43:7. One of the greatest SPIRITUAL lessons This writer ever learned was when he was asked by a young Christian couple to name every sin that there was so that they would not commit them & the follow up question was to name everything that was righteous so that they could do them. The couple folded their arms & stared at me.God did speak to this writer & told him to ask the couple if they believed that they were created or if they believed they evolved from a monkey or if their origins emanated from a big bang eons ago. Although the couple were young Christians of about three months, when they did answer that they believed that they were created beings, then GOD spoke one word, "WHY?"The couple gave a litany of good carnal reasons before the Lord spoke again. He said, "There are only four ways to Glorify Me--your thoughts, your words, your attitude & your conduct. The Lord spoke again & said, "There are only four ways to sin against me--your thoughts, your words, your attitude & your conduct". Then GOD spoke the meaning, "The motive of the heart determines whether one is walking righteously before Me or whether one is sinning against Me". With GOD's answer, the couple unfolded their arms & said, "Now we understand". They then got up & left the office. Do you understand?

Full of revelation, this book is not only about the story of a man entering into heaven,it is also about a story behind the story. The meaning of the dreams become very apparent for those who have followed Rick Joiner, and Morning Star Ministries.Despite Rick and other prophets going off track multiple times after the glory days of Vision, Warfare, Worship conferences, and the great 'Final Quest', and 'The call" books published, they are still beloved of the Lord, into doing as well as they can the ministry of the Lord.Read this book to learn, and compare with history, to see what has come true of the vision Rick has received and written down in this book; written at the height of my own salvation, and a time of global Holy Spirit outpouring!God Bless!

Yes, there are several questions about what Rick Joyner experienced, but there can be no doubt that God is speaking to His church through this writing.Oh that we would hear and heed the message.Oh that we would see our shortcomings and weep.Oh that we would love God, truly love God.Beautiful message that, while it doesn't quote Holy Scripture extensively, is obviously rooted in it.Read, and then read again.

The Final Quest by Rick Joyner is based on a vision he had of the final battle between good and evil. Somewhat of an allegory and somewhat like a near death experience this book looks at how Yeshua sees us and how we see ourselves on earth. And shows us how be can be so much more! What I particularly liked was the parts about recognizing those you lived in heaven...that those relationships continue.

This book has a lot of interesting imagery and really helps you understand the gravity of what God says about himself in the Bible. I caution anyone reading this to study the Bible thoroughly. If taken as fiction or allegory, this book can be very entertaining and give some good perspective. However, I take exception to the idea that this dream written out by the author was meant to be used as a guide from God.

This is the second most favorite christian book of all time, with the Bible being the first. The chapter on love and truth was so amazing that my heart was and still is captivated by the power of walking in love as demonstrated by the Lord Himself and it is one of the most remarkable piece of literature I have ever read. Every single paragraph is just filled with so much life and heavenly conviction that is not condemning but it rather releases you to walk and fulfill in your calling and desire more of Jesus every day. I recommend this for every christian.

Sounds like God speaking thru symbolism's... if u have an understanding of Gods symbolisms you will find this insightful, helpful and gives a desire to know God in greater ways. If you think of the word as carnal.natural.literal then you wont get this book - start with something more basic to learn parables, proverbs, symbolisms first.... The ountain is a place of learning and we r to all go up the mountain of learning deeper truths - and to know there r secret ways to go higher faster is helpful in my search for more of Him... and to know Gods church is not fitted with all their armor, being spewed upon and not using their God given weapons leads me to learn more about our armor and putting it on.. peace, truth, faith, declaring the word, and prayer, mind of Christ...

provides more of the same sort of details as was written in his "The Second World War", while also delving even deeper, with specific reports and stories from the eastern front and even some peeks at the western allies advances in western Germany. Frequent instances of dialogue exchanges abound, with an emphasis on "characters" whose distinct personalities emerge like a novel---Heinz Guderian, a frequent name early in "The Second World War" becomes a forceful personality as one of the few people who can match Hitler in screaming matches and still largely end up getting his way. Albert Speer, who goes out of his way and utilizes reverse psychology on hitler to convince him not to completely destroy all the bridges in Berlin. Heinrich Himmler, a veritable talentless mook completely in over his head and the epitome of "all style, no substance".I haven't yet finished the book but the descriptions of the campaign, unfolding over less than 6 months, is grueling. Just imagining the state of the Wehrmacht in late 1944, where they're being strained and pressed for resources and manpower, and how they somehow manage to keep holding on as it gets worse and worse. By as early as late January - February 1945, the continuing narrative of the german army is one of barely any weapons to go around, Volkssturm (forcibly conscripted older men and teenagers given little training) units being the only ones even above 50% fighting strength, artillery with only 5 or 6 rounds to shoot, literal children as young as 12 being equipped just with panzerfausts (an RPG) and made to haul them around in bicycles. The plight for the Red Army is similarly grueling, with the likes of SMERSH and the NKVD rapidly turning on their own as the Russians invade East Prussia and see a luxurious state of living unheard of in the soviet union and end up being "interrogated" by the NKVD to suppress this sort of disillusionment with soviet life. Certain armies essentially lose all control of their soldiers as they commit mass rape, looting, murder, and arson. An anecdote that ended up being repeated in "The Second World War" was one of Red Army troops burning down houses, then realizing they had left themselves with no shelter for themselves for the night.Atrocities committed by the Red Army are not blown up and exaggerated for the sake of propaganda, nor are they whitewashed or minimized. Victims are not just Germans, but Poles (members of the Armja Krajowa are treated as badly as captured German soldiers by the NKVD and SMERSH), Ukranians, Byelorussians, and Russians themselves. Russian civilians taken during the initial German invasion in 1941/1942 are liberated in 1945, only to be treated as traitors for allowing themselves to be captured alive. Many Russian women end up victims of mass rape as much as Germans.Overall, the characterization given to major figures, from generals down to anecdotes from individual soldiers (such as the story of a deserting tank group that went out on a ride on a T-34 and were never heard from again) abound, and insight is gleaned into Hitler's way of thinking towards the end, possibly reflecting how he'd always viewed himself as leader; his worldview is one of a malignant narcissist, with him envisioning himself as being "Germany", and that if he should die, all Germans should die with him. It is a great expansion piece in particular for movies like "Der Untergang" (Downfall) 2004

The text is good but there are a fair number of errors in the digital version suggesting that when OCR was applied to the print text no one edited the digital version. Parenthesis are often misplaced and "1st" becomes "ist" throughout. The kindle version is also devoid of maps but I am pretty sure the print version has them. Why is this? In a way I feel kind of cheated. I used various online map websites when the opportunity arose but frequently I read in the morning before work at a coffee shop and I don't carry a tablet or personal laptop with me and moreover I don't want to have to open another device to read the book....I have a Kindle for convenience (I can buy a book right away or borrow it from the library etc) and to save space on my book overflowing shelves. I know that maps don't work terribly well on a Kindle because of the screen size , but they should still be included if they are in the original. I am going to complain to Amazon. The one reason I bought the kindle version and not a used hardcover for like 25 cents plus shipping that I bought Stalingrad years ago pre Amazon (remember those days- actual book stores!) and the physical condition of the new book was so bad that it fell apart in just a few weeks.

This is a well-done combination of military and social history. It breaks no new ground but is a useful summary. On the Kindle version, on any platform, and as usual, the maps are hard to get to and hard to read. If you want to follow troop movements -- which Beevor, a military historian, describes in detail -- get a hard copy of the book or use your own maps.Beevor's prose is decent but his mistakes are annoying. "Orientate" and "disorientate," for example, are not words. In the old days (twenty years ago and more) there was, somewhere along the publishing process, a person called an "editor" who would do what was called "editing," which involved among other things preventing this sort of blunder from making its way into print. That now-obsolete fellow might also have seen to it that "Werwolf" wasn't spelled three different ways in four pages. And there are typographical glitches that seem to be the sort of Kindle conversion errors that have become routine.

No way my reviews will approach some of those here so let me just say this book was great.I finished Stalingrad just before this. It was better imo but I am splitting hairs. And hopefully his book on Normandy will be here in two days and I’ll work that one to death as well.If you like details, lucid, clear writing and being told the story like you are listening to a guy just back from the trenches Mr. Beevor is your author.

I finished this last night and found it a fascinating and very detailed read. I knew some of what Berlin was like in 1945 but this expanded and conveyed a great amount of detail at a very personal level. I cannot imagine the terror and misery of being there at that time. The waste of the destruction and death during the final days is more tragic than words can convey. This story added a great deal of description to the pictures and film that I’ve seen about that period.

Great author and superb narrator. I highly recommend this audio program and/ or book. Gives a real feeling of the times in the last six months of the war - - from vivid descriptions of Yalta, Hitler's bunker, rape of millions of Germans by Russian soldiers, life in Germany, final battles, the bombing of Dresden etc

To begin with this book was not what I expected or hoped to find. Truth is that it turned out to be something better. Based on its title and description I was hoping to get a book that would tell the story of the real people whose names make up the captions in the landmark cases of the SCOTUS. The book did indeed give me some of the back story for many of these cases and it gave me a whole lot more that I wasn't expecting. I do not know how he did it but the author was able to fill in a lot of background on the justices, who appointed them, why they were appointed and how. It even managed to some how pierce the secrecy SCOTUS is known for to reveal how the voting on many of these important cases was managed and manipulated. I found the book fascinating as a review of the history of our country through the evolution of SCOTUS decisions. This is a somewhat long book and definitely not for the casual reader. In fact, if I have a criticism it is the inclusion at the beginning of a history of the 1787 Constitutional Convention. I cannot imagine anybody wanting to read this book that isn't already sufficiently aware of that history. It was unnecessary. If the author felt that some case needed historical illumination from the convention then a couple of paragraphs when needed could have been added here and there. Another criticism or actually a disappointment is that the book ends during the Clinton administration in 1992 over 20 years ago. Hopefully, the author will update this very enjoyable treatment of the history of the Supreme Court before too long. On the whole I found this book more enlightening than any Con Law class I took in law school.

3 stars for content and delivery. Minus 2 stars for the crazy amount of typo's.I normally wait until I am completely done books before posting a review, but after completing about 30% of this book I just had to post a review. The content is really quite good, and Peter Irons is well researched and presents the facts in a way that is easy to read and understand. HOWEVER, the Kindle version is FULL of typo's of all kinds. Everything from words being misspelled ("Sipreme Court" is one of the more annoying ones) to random punctuation marks being added in the middle of sentences, to missing capitalization or having words be randomly capitalized in the middle of sentences. The publisher clearly has treated the Kindle version as a second class citizen. I stopped submitting errors after about 15% of the book because I was sending one almost every time I swiped to a new page. It's clear it was not proofread after they converted it to the Kindle format. It really takes away from what would otherwise be a really great book.If you're going to buy this I'd get the physical editions, from what I can see in reviews it is not loaded with the same typographical errors.

I got this book for a class in college and I completely thought that the men and women put on the Supreme Court were intelligent, thoughtful, fair and able to suspend themselves from society in order to have an unbiased opinion on the decisions that affect the whole country...Holy crap was I wrong. It's a fun read, although dense at times but it covers the cases, the histories of those cases, the people serving on the Supreme court, and their histories, during that decision and the surrounding context of the nation in general. It was quite entertaining and mind blowing knowing that some of the people that served on the Supreme Court system were poor, not lawyers, some were certifiably insane, picked on party lines only, and in some decisions went against the obvious answer and changed history and facts to justify their own personal feeling in their decisions. If you have ever thought that the Supreme court system was noble or the people who were on it were the cream of the crop from law backgrounds; you need to read this book.

The first half is kind of hard to read, but the second half is quite interesting. It's great to learn about our history and see how things really aren't much different than they are now.

the book itself is good and thorough. the kindle edition is FULL of typos. Very irritating

Amazing read with unique historical insight into our nation's development as seen through the eyes of those that helped craft, and subsequently define, portions of the constitution. You won't find this information in high school text books.

A detailed history of the people, their interactions, and the legal legacy of the Supreme Court. Interesting to read and very informative about the role the Supreme Court and individual justices have played in molding national beliefs about US diversity and culture over the years.

If you cannot imagine enjoying, of even finding wise counsel, in a book recommending a return to something like polytheism, you are not alone. I have difficulty enough contending with the lingering specter of monotheism: one god, or, more precisely, the loss of any sense of one God, is heartache enough. But something about King Menelaus's admiration for his wife Helen has always intrigued me. At a feast in honor of Telemachus, Odysseus's son, Menelaus listens with rapt appreciation as his wife, Helen, the very Helen of Troy, recounts her passionate embrace of Paris, and her flight to Troy; she left Menelaus and their young child for this most famous of affairs. A decade-long war was fought to get her back. Now she is sitting beside Menelaus later in life recounting those days devoted to her passion? And he sits by admiring?I've read the Odyssey many times, and I have always stubbed my toe on this scene. Shouldn't Menelaus react in rage? And why no shame from Helen? The two of them seem to exult in the memory of this costly betrayal. I have shaken my head at this passage, regarding it is a bizarre prelude to the main event, Odysseus's struggle to return home. All Things Shining: Reading the Western Classics to Find Meaning in a Secular Age, by Hubert Dreyfus and Sean Dorrance Kelly, opened my eyes. I was using the wrong standard to evaluate Helen's conduct: she swooned for Paris not as an act of betrayal to Menelaus, but because she had responded to Aphrodites's mood, eros. Paris shone, in her eyes, and those eyes were not beclouded with wayward lust, a Christian gloss. She responded to something stirring within and accessible to all, if they would but listen: even in our time we celebrate the sweetest passion. Menelaus was wise enough to know that he too knew the stirring of Aphrodites. Many readers will find this foreign and even chilling. But what can we offer as a counterweight? Dreyfus and Kelly argue that the western tradition has evolved to a point at which we are left, precisely, nowhere: no God, or even gods, populate our heavens. The best among us struggle with a crippling nihilism, dissolving in anger upon selves held out as autonomous, but disconnected from any source of sustaining wonder. David Foster Wallace, a brilliant young writer, killed himself. Why? The authors wonder whether it wasn't because, in the end, living made no sense. When all is equal to all, and choice is a matter simply of will, the glory soon recedes. Yes, Nietszche had syphilis, but didn't he also commit suicide? Perhaps these acts of self-destruction were morally significant after all.All Things Shining is an ambitious little book, a prolegomenon, really, to a much larger project: put simply, it argues that western civilization has spent its moral capital and is bankrupt. The ironist is our new patron saint, but all he can offer is mockery. Life requires engagement in something other than amused detachment, the authors suggest. Scoffing is our new pastime, and we are scoffing all the way to the grave. As I was reading this book, a friend well along life's way, a trial lawyer of some renown, sent me a long note about his struggles for meaning and a sense of identity: he wondered at his seeming inconsistency, and his inability to be but one thing to all the people in his life. He was moved at various times by different impulses: he is a lover, a father, a warrior, a friend, and so much more. Yet beneath these various masks, wasn't there something more real, more fundamental?. I sent him a copy of All Things Shining. Read about Helen and Menelaus, I told him: we are summoned by different forces, different gods, at various points in our lives. We respond, and when that force is spent, we are spent, and await the call of something new. There are times when we are empty, flat keys awaiting expert hands to play upon as and make a melody. I've heard good trial lawyers say they are nothing without a case. Those wrapping themselves in a cocoon of autonomy, the Kantian prison, can never hear these calls; they do not permit their keys to be played upon. They wait in sterile silence.I followed this argument tolerably well from beginning to end, although, I confess, the treatment of Augustine left me indifferent. But I cast my doubts overboard when I boarded the Pequot and went in search of the great whale, as the authors worked their way through Melville's Moby Dick. We used to joke, in the long-since past and almost forgotten days of my youth, that the world historical spirit skipped North American, a play on Hegel. Grand ideas about man and the cosmos never seemed to flourish on this continent, we spat out a few lines on government, and called it quits. I see now it is time to reread Melville. I simply never understood him.Master trial lawyers will read the last chapter of this work with recognition and profit. It is about craftsmanship, and being open to the possibilities of a moment. This one sentence summarizes the work of a trial lawyer: "The task of the craftsman is not to generate meaning, but rather to cultivate in himself the skill for discerning the meanings that are already there." And again, "The master workman will rarely do the same thing twice." Finally, "the project, then, is not to decide what to care about, but to discover what it is about which one already cares." Read what these men have to say about woodworking, or the seemingly mundane act of preparing the morning's coffee, and see whether you don't recognize yourself responding to what is present in a moment. Dare to call it sacred. The call to a renewed polytheism is not so much a plea to reconsider the tedious and metaphysical arguments about the existence of gods or God. These arguments prove everything and nothing at once. It is rather an invitation to heed impulses alive, but rarely acknowledged, within us all. It is a call to rediscover, without shame this time, a sense of the sacred. The gods appear in this work as mere tropes, figures of speech that give us a shared vocabulary, a means of joining hands across the unbridgeable silence separating us from one another. It is a call to being open to what is present: "[O]ur focus on ourselves as isolated, autonomous agents has had the effect of banishing the gods - that is to say, covering up or blocking our sensitivity to what is sacred in the world. The gods are calling us but we have ceased to listen." Amen, I want incongruously to say. This is a profound pamphlet of a book, all the more promising and evocative as one of the co-authors, Sean Dorrance Kelly, is chairman of the Harvard University Department of Philosophy. It appears as the academy is not yet dead.. Yet the courage to shed irony and confront the divine in our midst is a call the authors cannot pull off without a certain bit of silliness. At the very end of the book, they write the following: "The gods have not withdrawn or abandoned us, we have kicked them out. They are waiting plaintively for us to hear their call." These words are noble, and they fell upon my parched heart like the promises of a lover. Why, I wonder, did the authors need to follow them with the following line? "Ask not why the gods have abandoned you, but why you have abandoned the gods." This parody of Kennedy rings like an untuned key, jangling, and making me wonder whether the authors are serious after all. When major institutions falter and do not address the stirring of individual hearts, when grand ideas are silent in the face of a sense of the sacred open and available to all, then the wheel of time spins, and new forms of life, new ways of being, emerge. I can hear the craftsman's wheel spinning now within myself; I see it in the world around me. Is it Chaos calling? Or is it, just maybe, a sense of the divine demanding its due?

What is meaning? What makes something meaningful? The questions of whether it was god or the gods or anything outside of ourselves or whether we create all the meaning there is, is taken on in a clear well written and documented tale. How does one live a meaningful life in this secular age? I doubt if anyone who has not already pondered these questions will read All Things Shining. And there's the rub. Getting lifted up by the speeches of Martin Luther King or Lou Gehrig clearly illustrates how "we" can get caught up in something that is not something that any individual created, caused or willed. My concern is directed more to the average-every-day "Joe" as he goes through his life. Does he have to wait for the next wave to lift him up only to have it pass away leaving a void until the next magic moment occurs? The last chapter summarized, for me, what we face in this modern era. For me it is summed up with "it ain't what you do; it's how you do it." I look at my own life as it progresses and those around me who are fully involved in arenas that matter to them even though I would doubt they would even say it that way. They live what being-in-world points to and they are, for me, a living example of what it means to care. I don't have to have read Dante's Inferno or Moby Dick to appreciate not only what they are doing but how they do it, As I watch them I am inspired by how they take life on in their average everydayness. They are a shining example of what it means to be a human being.

At the 50,000 foot level Sartre is right in that the question we all need to ask is--why not suicide. Yet life isn't lived at the 50,000 foot level; it's lived on the ground, in the trenches, day-to-day, minute-to-minute. The philosophy of the cancer ward is to take it one day at a time and enjoy. We may not all be looking death in the face, but from the 50,000 foot level we actually are, for a life time is only a flicker of a moment in the greater scheme of things. All Things Shining (ATS) is trying to help us focus on the here and now and find things that shine--the rituals, the celebrations, the skills, etc., which bring joy to our day-to-day lives. What's important about the ATS approach is that it avoids what I consider to be the error of existentialism, which is the belief that we can achieve meaning in life through rational effort alone. Rather, our reach for meaning has to start at the level of emotions, which are at the pre-rational--the symbolic, the ritualistic; the dramaturgical--for emotions serve as the foundation for our rationality. The focus of ATS is on that pre-rational. We can't retrieve the pre-rational beliefs of the Greeks—their gods, their rituals—but they can serve as a didactic that helps us look for relevant analogies in the present; analogies that are right in front of us, but we don't see because we don't know how to look. ATS has helped me to make more of life’s little rituals--e.g. brewing a good cup of coffee, achieving a close and satisfying shave, watching an art or athletic performance--and attempt to extract more joy from the little celebrations of existence--e.g. holiday gift giving or achieving a small advance at work.In retrospect, I think ATS helps to delineate I am too much of a Stoic. The Stoic isn't the happy person in the concentration camp; rather, he is the joyless person at the birthday party, the wedding and the concentration camp. He is the guy, who volunteers to go to the front of the shower line. Stoicism may help me get through the hard times, but it leaves me joyless in the day-to-day. ATS has helped me to look more closely at the little rituals of the day-to-day--e.g. making coffee, shaving--and at life's little celebrations-e.g. Valentines day, a small advance in my work--and try to make the most of them.In retrospect, I think ATS helps to delineate I am too much of a Stoic. This is a top 6 recipe book in my home and it delivers on the promised time savings and efficiency in the kitchen. If you are already used to meal prepping this book isn't going to blow your mind with wild new ideas. What it will do is give you a detailed introduction to meal prepping and what it is all about (in case you are new I guess). After that the rest of the book is recipes, which are divided into 5 meal plans according to diet or whether your goal is to lose weight, gain muscle, etc. etc.It is well worth the price as the recipes are good and the meal plans are well thought out. Five star meal prepping recipe collection.

This is so not a meal prep book. It has a little section about meal prepping at the start. The rest of the book is just meal plans. Half the recipes can't be made ahead of time without ending up disgusting. There is a shopping list for every meal plan that is completely worthless. The author just listed the ingredients for each recipe on one page. They were too lazy to even compile the ingredients. For instance you need eggs for a few recipes in the meal plan. So the shopping list has eggs listed three different times instead of just telling you how many eggs you need for all the recipes in that meal plan. I have already found 2 mistakes also. One mistake is on the low carb shopping list. The book says you need 45 eggs when you really only need 5. I am super disappointed because this is really just a recipe book with some meals plan in it It is definitely not a meal prep cook book.

This book is very simple, no pictures, but it is just what I wanted--some additional super simple recipes that are easy to plan ahead for to add to my repertoire and make weekday cooking easier. I don't think I could actually "do" one of the meal plans strictly, however if that is something someone is interested in, it is good for that. Basic meal prep "how-to" which is great if you are new to meal prep. Nutritional values are listed for every recipe, so if you are watching macros like me, it makes it so much easier! I saw complaints about the index, you can't search by ingredient, however it is listed alphabetically by recipe name (which are self explanatory) and is only two pages so it is easy to skim through to find what you want. I recommend if you are new to meal prep or just want to add some simple easy recipes to your established meal prep routine. I will use most of the recipes in here, they do sound good! Pictures would have been nice, but when you've been cooking every meal for a bajillion years, you kinda already know what food looks like, so it's not a deal breaker, lol.

If you want to learn more about Meal Prep, then it is a great resource for you. In this cookbook, the author gives us clean eating meal plan, muscle building meal plan, weight loss meal plan, low- carb meal plan and vegetarian meal plan. Every meal plan includes a shopping list and 3 recipes every day for one week. All recipes are very detailed, easy to follow, with full nutritional information. I liked this cookbook very much, it is very informative and useful. I found so much helpful information about these types of diet plans. I highly recommend this book for those who are interested in Meal Prep and need such type of information. It is worth reading.

This book is designed to empower you by providing essential meal prepping techniques along with tasty recipes to help you make healthy meals that last you throughout the week. By making large healthy meals in one setting, you can have nutritious and delicious meals throughout the week without having to waste time cooking and cleaning every day! Learned a few new things, like don't freeze food until is at room temperature and put parchment on top of food before freezing it. Really good meal prep guide.

Excellent book. It's easy to read and follow with great recipes. My personal trainer said THIS is the book to get to keep your nutrition on track. I love the different plans for weight loss vs. building muscle. My only issue with the recipes is that sugar isn't accounted for in the nutritional facts of each recipe. So I've found myself figuring out the amount of sugar there is in each ingredient and serving size. Kind of annoying, but not the worst thing in the world. Other than that, this book is awesome!

This is a great book on the topic of cookbook. All of the recipes, tips and guides that I need to know about Healthy Meal Prep are already included and well written inside. Bethany Aderholt has done an incredible awesome job in compiling and creating this book. Also the unique part of this book is the compilations of the all recipes. They are very delicious, easy to prepare and well guided.

This book is about healthy eating for the whole family. Here I found helpful cooking tips, over 100 recipes for delicious diet meals, simple and detailed instructions, 5 meal plans for the week, weekly shopping lists, and cooking temperature and conversion temperature charts. An indispensable book in the kitchen for a healthy diet.
