This book came in the mail today and we’ve already read it to my two year old at least ten times. He keeps asking for it over and over again. Each set of pages has a lion hidden somewhere and it pops out when the slider is moved. My two year old loves to move the slider. He always exclaims, “It’s a LION!”He giggles through the whole book. Between that and wanting it read so many times in a row without losing interest, this is a book I’d recommend for other kids. The slider is inset in the page so it doesn’t easily rip (thank goodness) but the lion isn’t as protected so if you have a young child who yanks or tears, you’ll want to make sure to supervise them when they’re using the book.

This book is super cute and my toddler adores it. She is 2 and is obsessed with all things Lion. I admit she got a little too excited while reading it one night and ripped the lion out of one page....still a cute book.

My 16-month-old loves this book! She’s really into that peek-a-boo stage right now, so this book was a perfect buy to keep her occupied at restaurants, or quiet at church!

My granddaughter (17 months) absolutely loves this series. Her little fingers are able to operate the moving parts and the appearing lip makes her giggle.

Really really cute book with beautiful illustrations. My 10 month old loves the peekaboo aspect of this book. Would absolutely recommend

Fun book for peek a boo fans and lion friends.

👍🏻

This is such a fun book! It’s been a favorite for my 13-month-old. It’s clever how the little circles create the actions on each page. It’s the kind of book that our son will study and flip through for a long time before and after our reading it. It’s worth noting that there isn’t much of a story to it. Rather, it’s a lot of repeating the title. It’s cute and worth buying, nevertheless. It’s a great shower gift since it’s a title not every home already has.
