I read with my first grade grandson every week via Skype. Both his mother and I share an Amazon account, so I'm able to buy him phonic reading books. We share books like Quincy and the Dinosaurs during these reading sessions. This book was colorful but it was not easy for him to read. I had to read it to him when he became frustrated.
If your child likes dinosaurs, this book is very clever. The rhymes and story have captivated my 3 year old son. It's not an education book but rather meant for entertaining. This is his current favorite bedtime story (or anytime story for that matter).
My son loves reading this book. He would read it hourly if he could.
Great book, my 5 year old loves it. He also enjoys making up games with the cards included, and there is an envelope in the back to store them in!

I purchased this e-book as a gift for my child. Each page is only partially visible. Horrible formatting. The characters/illustrations on each page are cut off and the reader can not see the pictures that the text is referencing. A horrible e-book experience for my child that received his first e-book. A huge disappointment because my child loves these characters (esp. Quincy).
